The Wallowa Valley Music Alliance (WVMA) is a non-profit corporation, formed by a small group of local musicians and educators for the following purpose: To foster the growth of the music community in Wallowa County, Oregon, by connecting music educators with students, and encouraging a widening participation in music of all genres, with particular emphasis on youth education.
